We understand that the data you send to Realytics is confidential and treat it as such. We will never share the data you send us with anyone unless required by law. Access will be restricted to the team members you invite, and to certain Realytics staff in order to provide support and develop the service.

We do reserve the right to publish aggregated studies, scrubbed of any identifying information, in order to advance the web analytics field and to help promote Realytics.

Realytics build smart technologies that deliver a relevant and efficient advertising experience for consumer and brands. We make television editors spaces which deliver premium advertising available to all brands in simple and efficient manner.

AdPerformance SDK

We provide a custom SDK (Software Development Kit) to our customers or their clients which help us to collect information about you on websites or applications you visit, so we can measure performance of their TV advertising campaigns.

These cookies allow Realytics to distinguish you among others websites visitors and will be used for audience statistics only. These cookies will support events (aka Tags) transmitted to Realytics to understand customer website user behavior.

By default all data collected is based on a legitimate purpose and will not be used for other purpose than audience statistics. Consequently these cookies may be exempted of your consent.

Realytics successfully participated in the audience measurement evaluation program conducted by the French Data Protection Authority (the "Cnil") and can offer the exemption mode in accordance with the Cnil guidelines. Please note that this exemption only applies to France.

Advanced scenarios can be enabled by the customer that may add depth to the measurement provided by the AdPerformance product, like TVRetargeting, Deterministic measurement…

These features will need your consent to be used and may additionally add these information to the data collected.

Therefore, Realytics never has access to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, characterizing a personal data as for article 4-1.

AdPerformance SDK and TCF

How long your data is kept

Realytics will keep your information for a maximum length of 13 months in any cases. Information regarding our customers and our legitimate interest to conduct our contract with you will be kept 13 months after the end of the contract by default.

A retention policy applies for every data we may use. These policies are regularly updated and tested to ensure we do not retain data for longer than necessary.

Data sharing

Realytics do not share personal data with third-party solutions without authorizations of our customer and consent of individuals. Nonetheless, we may use dedicated partner to process or store your data.
