We understand that the data you send to Realytics is confidential and treat it as such. We will never share the data you send us with anyone unless required by law. Access will be restricted to the team members you invite, and to certain Realytics staff in order to provide support and develop the service.
We do reserve the right to publish aggregated studies, scrubbed of any identifying information, in order to advance the web analytics field and to help promote Realytics.
Our platform is designed to use certain types of data. It includes data generated through our platform as well as data we receive from other sources and then use on the platform. This may include information about Internet users’ browsers and devices, such as:
- the type of browser and its settings,
- information about the device’s operating system,
- cookie information,
- information about other identifiers assigned to the device, and
- the IP address from which the device accesses a client’s website or mobile application (Only the first two bytes of the IPv4 addresses, 6 bytes for the IPv6)
- information about the geographic location of the device when it accesses a website or mobile application (Only with a city accuracy)
Most of the data that our platform receives from browsers and devices might also be called “HTTP header data” or “clickstream data.”
We do not allow data that by itself identifies an individual, such as name, address, phone number, email address, or government identifier, to be used on our platform. Realytics does not allow data that directly identifies an individual to be collected or used on our platform.
Cookies Opt Out
You may choose to opt out of the Realytics cookie at any time
If you select the Realytics opt-out cookie, data that is ordinarily recorded by our customers or ourselves will not be based on the Realytics cookie for analytics or ads.
When you get a new computer, install a new browser, erase or otherwise alter your browser’s cookie file (including upgrading certain browsers) you may also clear the cookies in your browser, including the Realytics opt-out cookie.
Mobile App Opt Out
Mobile device system software such as Apple iOS or Google Play Services provide mechanisms that allow users to opt out of the use of information about their usage of mobile apps to deliver targeted ads to their mobile device. Location : Most mobile devices offer you the ability to stop the collection of location information at any time by changing the preferences on your device. You may also be able to stop the collection of location information by particular apps by adjusting the settings for individual apps or following the standard uninstall process to remove specific mobile apps from your device.
