What is it? The number of 16-34 year olds who have tuned in to watch the Great British Bake Off in 2017. It is the most viewed TV series so far in 2017, with a huge audience for 16-34, equivalent to a 54,3% share of their market.
What does Realytics think about it? Despite being branded as a “cynical move” by BBC and having switched to Channel 4, GBBO is still truly popular. It has averaged an overnight audience of 6 million viewers per episode, rising to 8,9 million per episode when viewing over a 7 day period is taken into account.
